E' vicino a bar/ristorante ed anche ad un supermercato. E' al primo piano, ha due ampie terrazze abitabili, un ingresso/sala/cucina, un bagno, due camere di cui una con accesso diretto al balcone. Nella casa sono presenti due televisioni. Dispone di un garage, un ampio giardino con barbecue e un grande gazebo con tavoli e sedie, coperto. Posto auto davanti a casa. Su richiesta, si forniscono biciclette. L'appartamento è completamente arredato, ha zanzariere ed è stato ristrutturato nel 2013. Sono preferibili brevi periodi. Non è richiesta caparra.
